Our Founders

Meet our founders and how we all came together

Our Story

Western Progress's journey began with Bellz, wanting to create a safe space and atmosphere on Fire Star AUS 1. She wanted to create a different and unique way of game play. This lead to  Bellz searching for a co-owner , and knew her best friend would be the perfect person. Bellz reached out to Kelly and guided Kelly through her ideas for the club where Kelly instantly approved and took on the position of Western progress's Official Co-Owner.  Kelly and Bellz had been friends for a few years prior to Western Progress and had been in contact within there In real life also. Speaking, talking and planning trips to meet each other. The two grew super close and are now today closer than ever and respect that In real life comes before the club. This is how they continued to run things, and that's when Geo and Nika fell into the Co-Founders Roles of Western Progress. Geo had been apart of Western Progress and Bellz close friend long before the launch and was happy to accept the position of Co-founder, along side Nika who Bellz had met through another club over in the NA servers. Bellz, Geo and Nika created a long lasting friendship prior to this and soon enough Nika also accepted the Co-founder role on top of hosting and managing there Dressage and Wrangler program. The 4 continued to guide each other and aimed for the same level of standard in the club and grew to create Western Disciplines together and created fundamentals to help guide the community in a more exotic way of western.  The 4 girls are always together and became super close within the first 4 months of Western progress being formed. Friendships that were meant to be. the 4 of them are 4 pees in a pod. very alike, super bubbly and love each others company.

Bellz is an original Star Stable player and has been around since 2012. Despite being around since the beginning she didn't actually make Bella until June 2013. She created this account as she really disliked her original Character name and wanted to something a little more flowy. Now she has OVER 300+ Horses that need training...
Bellz has been an equestrian herself since she was 8 years old and her first ever horses name was Brandy. Brandy currently is still alive and stands at 36 years of age. He lives his retirement at her parents place with 20 aches of grass and a dam to swim in. Bellz Equestrian journey didn't stop there, she then discovered SSO in 2012 and became obsessed and has played every day since. She began to compete at pony club on her Mare Miyer whom was her dads horse originally. Bellz and Miyers journey was wonderful with jumping 80 cm, and competing more frequently. Unfortunately Miyer had a paddock accident and broke her leg, with less than 12 months later she was put to sleep with unrepairable breaks. This lead to Pirate, Bellz heart horse. He was her absolute world. They competed frequently in Sporting horse Australia which is where Bellz got the Idea for the "New Western Fundamentals". They even went to state champs, jumped 80cm + and really loved being with each other. There journey was departed by a tragic accident caused by a dog and Pirates suspensory ligaments where torn.. He was laid to rest in September 2024.. Bellz has not ridden nor gotten another horse. Instead she places her time into Western Progress and aims for the First Western Club on Star Stable to create History and something the community has never seen before. Pirates memory lives on In western progress as we as a whole decided to make him our mascot and club icon for logos even before his time was up with Bellz. He was the whole foundation of creating Western Progress for Bellz.

I would like to express my profound pride in the growth of WP as it has evolved into an extraordinary club. Since joining WP, I have developed a deep appreciation for its distinct qualities. The opportunity to serve as a co-founder alongside Bellz has been immensely rewarding. In our journey, we have not only welcomed remarkable members into WP but also outstanding members of the staff team who have significantly contributed to our success. Regrettably, as time has progressed, my commitments have necessitated extended working hours, reducing my availability to attend events and engage in club-related activities. However, I am sincerely grateful for the unwavering support and understanding shown by Bellz, Nika, Geo, and Halz. Through it all, WP has been enriched by its compassionate and wonderful members, and I am honored to embrace them as part of my family. I eagerly anticipate the future endeavors that lie ahead.
