Western Progress offer 3 different time period applications

General Trail: 4 weeks { 2 events per week = 8 }

As we grow as a club we want to offer as much freedom to our members without compromising our activeness within the community. What this means is that our staff team have come together to offer members both adults and minors the opportunity to have 3 trial options. General and Extended will have the same
application process. You will apply when applications are open and will answer a series of questions. Once we feel we have reached our peak or receive enough applications we then will remain a REC ONLY club. This means, Western Progress will only offer membership through friends and recognized club members ONLY. Our members current members will always come first for us and we want to ensure they are happy with everyone already in the club. This ensures we maintain close friendships and can build more suitable club environments for members
Please keep in mind: Applicates don't need to meet all requirements when applying. They just need to meet requirements for there trail to be approved.
General Trail
The General trail is the applications we take the most of. This application is done by the normal application program and you are required to attend all Wildee events which do contribute to your attendance points.
Members are required to attended 2 events per week
Intake: 5-7 Per Application batch
General Trail
Extended Trail
The extended trail period is designed for members who have outside commitments and need EXTRA time to allow them to maintain there activities. This proigram is also for people who still want to be in a club but cant attend a normal schedule. These members dont graduate untill they meet all requirements
Members are required to attend 2 events per Month
Intake: 2-3 Per application batch
Recommended Trail
Our Rec Trail is for members of the club to recommend there friends or family without them having to fill out the application. The Cowgirl whom recommends will fill out a different application on behalf of there friend so staff can get an idea of whom we are allowing into the club without the more restricted criteria.

There trail period begins the day they join.
Those whom can meet the trail period requirements are to apply for the 4 week General Trail period, and we encourage those whom cant and need that attentional time, apply for the extended trail to ensure they can meet all application criteria.
Application Process
Applications open up a few times each year, but this also depends on current numbers. We aim to open applications every 3 months to ensure each member of the community interested has the opportunity to join. Applications are always open for 2 weeks at a time. Sometimes we close them sooner depending on the number of applications as we only take between 7-10 members per application batch. Once applications are closed, we have implemented a call interview for these applications to have the chance to speak more freely and answer some more in-depth questions with our staff team. This process generally takes around 1-2 weeks depending on availability's of Staff and Applicants. Once applications commence and staff have decided on the accepted applicates will be invited to the CLOSED discord server and added to out Student club " Western Progress Division" for there trail period. Once this process has been complete applicates will begin there trail periods.
