Western Progress

Western Progress was officially foundered by Bellz ( Bella Snowstorm ) back in January of 2024 on the original Australian/New Zealand server 'Fire Star AUS1'. She had a Vision to create a name and a theme new to the community, along with wanting to create a safe, kind, fun, stylish and family inclined club for each adult player over the age of 18 whilst also allow other members of the community to become apart of it also. Her goal was to maintain a adult based club but soon had members within the community reach out that weren't in this age bracket. Members of all ages gathered after an open event and started to fill spaces quickly.
Bellz, ( Bella Snowstorm) was searching for a co-owner in the time she was creating and designing the blueprint for the club. This lead to an offer of the position to Kelly ( Denise Lightningvalley ) around the time she fell in love with the idea behind western Progress, where the offer was quickly accepted and the two quickly became eager to start a new chapter together. The two created, drafted and designed a club dedicated to the western community and soon had many ideas for how Western Progress was going to be the Best Western club the community had ever seen.
Within Western Progress, or as they like to call it "Rodeo Grounds", they wanted to create a club where everyone can be anything they want and wanted to create a safe haven for players to be as they are with no judgements or restrictions ( to a degree ) to allow them to go about there Star Stable journey as freely as they please. With this being there true faculty, They strive to exclude any judgements, harmful comments or slurs that may effect members or the SSO community.
Furthermore, Western Progress strive to spread positivity and joy to each and every player while being presentable, Polite and helpful. the goal was to create a club for players & adults who prefer a more relaxed club environment when it comes to in real life commitments. As a whole they want to create a space for adults to come online, to hang out and enjoy the game together without the pressures of priority events. Your real life outside of Star Stable comes first. whilst however expecting you to remain active as much as you can, including to try attend events as often as members can to keep the club ticking over and still allow those who are more active to be apart of this safe space they have created.

Clubs Environment Goal
Western Progress strives to be 100% drama free. We have a zero tolerance for drama, rumors, bullying, or excessive negativity within the club, nor do we tolerate negativity towards other community members/clubs.
If a club member is known to cause drama, the situation will be investigated immediately and if the member is in the wrong, they may be asked to leave the club or they may be given a behavioral strike. The Long term goal is to strive to provide a safe and mature environment for its members and our community.
Member Cap

Western Progress wants to create a safe, active and fun environment for each and every club member, we NEVER want our Cowgirls OR Wildees to feel left out or outcast, therefore, our member cap is 30 official members. This will ensure our focus will always be 100% on assisting our riders in an in-depth and individualized manner. Additionally, We wanted to create a small safe environment with connections to each member.
In order to do this successfully, we must have a lower member cap. Quality over quantity. Quoted by Bambi Pretty Love
Due to our member cap being low and our requirements high, we tend to be selective on who we accept as applicants. With that being said, we do want everyone who joins us to be successful in their trial and our end goal is to strive for the best version of our applicants. Our members, leaders and Owners will be there to assist and help you in any way you feel you need assistance! Never be afraid to ask how your trail period is going and access the wrangler program as frequently as you need!

Perfected Method & The New Western.
Western Progress want to teach and perform dressage using the "Perfected Dressage Method" created by
Bambi Prettylove and as our leadership team continues to learn the PDM we strive to create routines and teach our riders a much easier and fun way to learn Dressage.

In Western Progress we strive to be different in every way possible, embracing differences from each of you. We want to maintain a unique stature within the community and bring something no one has ever seen.
Professionalism
We hold a high standard for ourselves to provide high-quality club management and members whom portray themselves as mature individuals. Members are required to maintain a mature manner when having the club name under there characters. We strive to have no drama associated with members and encourage kindness always towards other players.

Our Main focus is to ensure that we have a safe home and environment for everyone who joins us. We don't judge, discriminate or put others down. We don't stand for bullying or hurtful comments directed at members.

Our Progress is to inspire the Western community and to leave a taste of what an elegant, well presented Western Club can look like in the community whilst creating our own, unique version of the disipline.
